Summer Evening

I keep forgetting, but my sister-in-law has a great post of Hobbs dancing (as well as pictures and videos of 2 other super cute little ones) on their family's blog. That address is muchaboutthehutches.blogspot.com if you want to check it out. Lots of fun stuff.

This evening we took Hobbs out to the Jamestown Lake. He loved it!

He picked up and threw in dozens of rocks.

He looked at the water with Daddy.

The sunset was beautiful.

Grampy, aka Boopah, found a dragonfly and tried to help it, but not before letting Hobbs get a closer look.

So sweet...

Um, So What's Up With the Flowers?

Okay, so to explain the post below (the flower slideshow), I just love everything that has been in bloom lately and I love my new camera from Christmas. So, even though there are no Hobbs pictures, hopefully the slides will still be of interest to some of you. :) If not, just don't look! :)Really, I just love snapping away and can't believe the quality of the pictures. It's awesome! My only complaint is that when I post it, the pictures do not all show up centered, so I promise the actual pictures look better than they do in the slideshow!

Being Outside is the Greatest!

Hobbs & Hosie

What a cutie! Grandma trimmed the front of his hair last weekend-you can see his eyes again!

Hmmm, he was dancing, but it looks more like some sort of karate move here...

Summer Break is Almost Here!

Well, it's hard to believe that another school year has almost passed (only 1 more week, only 3 days with kids). I have had a super class this year for the most part and, while I am very excited for summer, I am also sad to see most of them go. It happens every year, which I suppose is a good thing. Brandt's baseball team is doing great! They won league and have the number 1 seed at regionals next week. We play on Wednesday, so think happy thoughts for the Panthers! :) They have had a good year despite having no seniors, 2 juniors, and the rest sophomores and freshmen. Plus, they lost 4 starters for various reasons in the mix of everything, so they've really done well. They are guys that want to play and like to play, so it makes a huge difference. We have a tough regional, but hopefully I can get on here next week with good news!

Peek-a-Boo Daddy!

Mother's Day Weekend

Grandma & Grandpa came to visit last weekend. Hobbsy had lots of fun playing! :) We love our grandparents! :)

This was Grandpa's attempt at drawing a powercat for Hobbs...hey, it IS purple-I'll give him that. :)

Sitting still just long enough for a picture.

Cheesy grin :)

Our Little Boy

We are hoping for less rainy weather and more sunny weather again so we can get back outside. :)

Wow, this tree is cool!

Check out that hair! Mommy wants it cut, Daddy wants it to stay long.
Having fun with Mommy, or Mommy having fun with Hobbs!

Quoting Dr. Evil: "One million dollars!"

Typical Man :)

Hobbs's favorite show on TV is Imagination Movers. He will actually sit and watch an entire episode, which is totally unheard of for him to do. Usually he will sit with one of us and rock, but sometimes he likes to have the recliner all to himself. :)

How Much is That Puppy in the Mirror?

Squeaky clean after a bath...

Table Manners

So, Hobbs is tired of using his high chair. We need to get him a booster seat. Here's how he finished off his suppertime tonight. :)
