A Visit to the Pumpkin Farm

For years, I've wanted to visit the pumpkin patch. I decided this was the year. There's an awesome pumpkin farm between here and Clay Center. I didn't know what to expect, but it was great. There was so much to do and the weather was really nice. We were there for 2 and a half hours and I had to carry Hobbs to the car screaming because he wasn't ready to leave. I was glad he had so much fun though. :)

The cutest scarecrow I've ever seen...

Checking out the pumpkins...I had to tell him not to step on them.

On an I-Spy scavenger hunt

In a bunch of corn...it was everywhere when we got home!

His favorite part of the whole farm...he spent most of his time here. Why, I don't know...it really wasn't that interesting. I guess it was just his size though. :)

There were a lot of animals. Goats...

Chickens...

Llamas...

And his favorite, bunnies.

He was a little too small to go run around on top of the hay bales...maybe next year.

A happy guy on the hayrack ride. He was ecstatic when we saw a bunch of cows in the pasture. :)

How fun! Such cute pictures - I LOVE the last one of you two! I think we're going to go next weekend and I know I'll be carrying a kicking and screaming Emma too. :)
